One vpn username can have 5 connections at the same time on any kind of device.

*What protocols does your system support?

We support Openvpn UDP/TCP, IKEv2, L2TP/I7Psec, PPTP.

*What is the Remote ID and Local ID for IKEv2?

The Remote ID is the server address and the Local ID is the vpn username.

*Is your service secure?

Yes, our vpn servers are fully encrypted with the latest protocols.

*What kind of servers do you use?

All our servers are connected on a 1 Gbps port for fast speed results.

*My customer experience low speeds

Ask the customer to switch the port/protocol in the software or try to connect to a different server closer to the location of the customer.

*Does the accounts have unlimited bandwidth?

We do not log, so we don’t know how much bandwidth is used, so yes its unlimited.
